Originally from Massachusetts, Daniel made his way to Las Vegas in 2009 for a cooking job and soon after, he received a degree from Le Cordon Blue College of Culinary Arts. For the next 8 years, he held leading positions in some of the city’s top kitchens including: Guy Savoy, Daniel Boulud’s db Brasserie, and Wolfgang Puck. Daniel recently moved to Seattle with his family and finds the weather and the lifestyle similar to his native Boston. While his cooking background is very French, he is excited about overseeing the Asian, Italian, French, American, and Mexican cuisines that are all under one roof at the Food Hall.
Early in his career, Anthony oversaw the catering services for Indy car Rahal Lederman Racing, preparing food for up to 500 people per race over a 22-race season. In 2005, he joined Tutta Bella as Kitchen Manager for their multiple locations. When Tutta Bella became the first certified Neapolitan pizzeria in the Pacific Northwest, Anthony spent 6 weeks in Naples, Italy, training under Enzo Coccia, Master Pizzaiola. In 2011, Anthony joined MOD Pizza as the General Manager. For the next 6 years he would serve in roles of District Manager, and Operations Services, Program Manager, handling MOD’s new store openings. This summer, he joined the Lincoln South Food Hall team.
