Executive Chef

Daniel Laferriere

Originally from Massachusetts, Daniel made his way to Las Vegas in 2009 for a cooking job and soon after, he received a degree from Le Cordon Blue College of Culinary Arts. For the next 8 years, he held leading positions in some of the city’s top kitchens including: Guy Savoy, Daniel Boulud’s db Brasserie, and Wolfgang Puck.

Daniel recently moved to Seattle with his family and finds the weather and the lifestyle similar to his native Boston. While his cooking background is very French, he is excited about overseeing the Asian, Italian, French, American, and Mexican cuisines that are all under one roof at the Food Hall.

General Manager

Jayson Larosee

Jayson started his career in the hospitality industry at Outback Steakhouse in 1999. Always striving to be better, Jayson dedicated himself to learning as much as he could about food, wine, and service. After working his way through casual dining and into the fine dining world, Jayson set his sights on becoming a Sommelier, and after working with some of the most distinguished wine experts in the Seattle market, he received his certification from the Court of Master Sommelier.

Next, Jayson made it his goal to learn as much as possible about craft cocktails and bar management. Jayson was fortunate to train with some of the most accomplished bartenders in the city, and as a result was offered the bar program at two excellent Seattle restaurants. His next position was as the Food and Beverage Manager for Washington Gold Casinos, where he was responsible for all bar and restaurant operations.
