Executive Chef

Daniel Laferriere

Originally from Massachusetts, Daniel made his way to Las Vegas in 2009 for a cooking job and soon after, he received a degree from Le Cordon Blue College of Culinary Arts. For the next 8 years, he held leading positions in some of the city’s top kitchens including: Guy Savoy, Daniel Boulud’s db Brasserie, and Wolfgang Puck.

Daniel recently moved to Seattle with his family and finds the weather and the lifestyle similar to his native Boston. While his cooking background is very French, he is excited about overseeing the Asian, Italian, French, American, and Mexican cuisines that are all under one roof at the Food Hall.

General Manager

Reid Kendall

Reid grew up on a small farm in Ohio and later spent time in Chicago and New York. In his 20 years in the industry, he has worked as a server, bartender and maître d’ at establishments ranging from casual to fine dining. He fell in love with management when he was given the opportunity to be a manager at Italian trattoria Gemma, at The Bowery Hotel in New York City.

In 2015, Reid moved to Seattle where he held leadership positions at some of Seattle’s top dining spots: mamnoon, Scout and The Nest at the Thompson Hotel, and Tallulah’s.
